Reflexology has been found to be very effective in helping both the physical and emotional symptoms of the menopause and can run alongside HRT and can also support a more holistic approach to the menopause. It is a truly wonderful therapy to help women in their journey through the menopause.
Reflexology may help to reduce the stress that can cause a lot of these symptoms, achieved by working on the pituitary gland, the hypothalamus and the adrenal reflex points.
